Let´s start the New Year with a focused, challenging Yoga class: Mark Goodhead, originally from Leeds, trained in London and now lives in Leipzig, will be teaching this advanced extended class in english. We will practice pranayama, flow through nice sweaty sequences and play with some challenging asanas. Than we`ll slowly calm down the body and end with a nice soothing relaxation. Go for it and see you on the mats!
